Are the bags waterproof?

The canvas is water-resistant and the inner lining is waterproof.

How do I prevent the bag from getting dirty ?

You can use a water and stain repellent spray on the bag. However, if it still gets dirty, use a dry/damp soft, clean cloth that doesn’t drain color to wipe your bag. You could use diluted soap and water solution. Keep a lint roller handy to easily get rid of small fibers and dust particles that collect on your bag.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

How can I get my wrong/damaged order replaced?

Kindly contact us on info@tokike.com within 3 days of receiving the product for a prompt replacement.

Are the bags returnable?

Tokiké guarantees a total customer satisfaction.

To return any items that are defective or damaged or not as per your original order, please mail us at info@tokike.com within 48 hours from the time of delivery along with images of the delivered product and their tags/invoice for a prompt refund or replacement.

All defective or damaged items or items not as per your order that are to be returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return / exchange authorization number and in unused and with box condition, otherwise the same will not be accepted by tokiké. You will be refunded for the product total, plus applicable sales tax paid. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.


Shipping, Postage and other charges for return of these products will not be refunded by us.

Please note that Tokiké do not offer exchanges or refunds on any kind of sale, opened or used products.

tokiké will use discretion to help all users as much as possible.

The refunds are made after 48-72 hours from the day tokiké receive the product. You will be contacted once your return is completed via e-mail or SMS.

Do the bags come with any warranty?

All of your Tokiké bags come with a 12-month warranty claimable on material, manufacturing, and craftsmanship defects. Warranty does not apply to damage caused by routine wear and tear or neglect.

How long does delivery take?

It takes 5 to 8 business days to deliver the product at your doorstep in India. International deliveries may take upto 10 to 20 business days. COVID restrictions may affect deliveries. Does Tokiké charge any shipping cost?

No, all domestic shipments are free.

Does Tokiké ship internationally?

Yes, we deliver worldwide. International shipping charges are applicable depending on the country you’re ordering from. Local custom duty and other taxes may be applicable at the time of delivery.
