Return & Cancellation Policy

Delivery of products

Purchases are shipped from our own/or third-party warehouses/ stores or offices. Our endeavour is to make the products reach you within 5-7 working days (for Metro cities, in India), 10-15 working days (for non-Metro cities, in India) and 30-45 working days (for Metro cities, World Wide) from receipt of order and payment depending on the delivery address. Delivery challan/invoice attached with the product upon delivery will be required to be acknowledged and signed by you or any other person at the address of delivery mentioned by you at the time of order. 

tokiké do not take any responsibility for products signed or delivered to any other person other than who have placed an order for the product.

tokiké take no responsibility for incorrect or insufficient addresses and international custom clearance for delivery of the products.

Cancellation 

tokiké believe in helping its customers as far as possible. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been processed for dispatch. Cancellation charges will be strictly governed by this clause as informed and declared from time to time.

There is no cancellation or refund of orders placed under the same day delivery category.

No cancellations are entertained for those products/services are on special discounts and offers on occasions like New Year, Pongal, Diwali, Independence Day, Foundation Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

Product Returns

tokiké guarantees a total customer satisfaction. 

To return any items that are defective or damaged or not as per your original order, please mail us at info@tokike.com within 48 hours from the time of delivery along with images of the delivered product and their tags/invoice for a prompt refund or replacement.

All defective or damaged items or items not as per your order that are to be returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return / exchange authorization number and in unused and with box condition, otherwise the same will not be accepted by tokiké. You will be refunded for the product total, plus applicable sales tax paid. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.


Shipping, Postage and other charges for return of these products will not be refunded by us.

Please note that tokiké do not offer exchanges or refunds on any kind of sale, opened or used products.

tokiké will use discretion to help all users as much as possible.

The refunds are made after 48-72 hours from the day tokiké receive the product. You will be contacted once your return is completed via e-mail or SMS.
